AGM Exhibition Update

Progress continues apace on preparation for the exhibition on June 28th, with some original and  exciting ALR artefacts confirmed to make an appearance; including an original Bridget nameplate, a No Trepassing sign and a further nameplate and whistle visiting from the Narrow Gauge Railway Museum in Tywyn, Gwynedd! Our grateful thanks to the NGRM for agreeing to release these items for a day trip!

We are keen to have as many original artefacts available as possible and if any society members or visitors  have anything in their possession they would like to display at the exhibition, we would love to hear from them. Be it photographs, tickets, timetables or even a shovel (!) we would be thrilled to see them displayed.

Also we are continuing to search for photo/cine/video footage for the ALRS archives and are keen to have some of this on display. Anyone in possession of such footage, that they are happy to have exhibted, please do get in touch.

For all enquiries about exhibiting at the AGM please contact Nicola Fox at: n.fox@alrs.org.uk
